Charming apartment located in the central part of the island, close to the ocean. Situated in a closed, guarded estate, with a pool and a well-maintained, green garden around. There is parking right next to the estate. The apartment is on the first floor, has a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the pool, greenery, and the ocean. The distance to the nearest shop is about 250 meters, and to the street with bars and restaurants, 200 meters. At 200 meters, a beautiful promenade by the ocean begins, with views of the rocky and cliffy coast, with a separate bike path. The promenade extends for several kilometers and leads to the town of Caleta de Fuste, and the nearest beach (about 2.5 km). The town of Costa de Antigua, located in the central part of the island, has numerous advantages. The journey to the airport takes 10 minutes, and to the island's capital, Puerto del Rosario, 15 minutes. Very close to the apartment (100m) there is a bus stop with a fast connection to nearby stores, Lidl, Mercadona, the Chinese shopping center, and the rest of the island. Costa de Antigua is an excellent starting point for exploring the north (40 min to Corralejo, 40 min to El Cotillo), the south (40 min to Oasis Park, 45 min to Playa Sotavento, 60 min to Morro Jable) and the western part of the island (30 min to Betancuria, 45 min to Ajuy). Costa de Antigua is a small town located by the ocean, on the eastern coast of the island. The entire town can be explored on foot in a short time. It has several bars and restaurants, and a few small shops. At a close distance is the town of Caleta de Fuste, in the municipality of Antigua. This tourist center was built around a natural bay, protected from the waves and wind. The town has an excellent, wide, and sandy beach, suitable for small children due to its calm waters and lack of waves. Caleta de Fuste is one of the main commercial and leisure areas of the island. With its large number of shopping centers (the largest is the Atlantico Shopping Center, with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, and the modern Yelmo Cineplex cinema), as well as a several-kilometer-long promenade, a port with boat excursions, and areas for pedestrians and commercial. The port and beach offer all kinds of sea attractions: kayak rental, water skiing, diving, boat trips, submarines, diving and windsurfing schools, etc.
